With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Slater in Federal Way, Washington, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Eloise Burdick and Conway Welch Dunn. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Slater, Katrina Magallanes (Moy), Kristina Hendricksen (Tom), Kalina Anthony (Shaun) and Robert Slater; her grandchildren, Crystal, Paul, Rachel, Trinity, Alyssa, Terry, Dantae, Charley, Nick and Maddy; and her siblings, Mark Dunn (Twyla), Gary Dunn (Ann), Terry Dunn (Eleanor), Christina Babcock (Eric) and Scott Dunn (Sandra).
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hunter 17th Ward (3745 S 6400 W, West Valley City, UT 84128). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Memorial Redwood Mortuary & Cemetery (6500 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84123).
