He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Leonard and Lillian Leonard (Page); and his siblings, Joseph Leonard, Theresa Tougas, Bertha LeMay and Claire Carriveau.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Marie Leonard (Ondrick); his children, David Leonard (Hope) of Mount Vernon, Washington and Kristen Leonard (Bruce Benson) of East Hartford; his grandchildren, Nicole Lopez (Efrain) and Raven Leonard; his great grandchildren, Carter of Mount Vernon, Washington., Ariella of Mount Vernon, Washington. and Amara of Mount Vernon, Washington.; and his siblings, Kenneth Leonard of Chicopee, Massachusetts, Barbara Warren of Belchertown and Patricia Russo (Tony) of East Hartford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
