He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Starcher and Barbara Starcher (Frates). He is survived by: his wife DeAnna Starcher; his daughter Crystal Holtzheimer (Taylor); his granddaughter Grace; his son Nicholas Starcher (Serah); his grandchildren, Jolie, Lillian, Madelynn and Gabriel; and his brothers, Jim Starcher (Dee), Ken Starcher (Carol) and Bud Cook (Tina). He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion (1688 W Bakerview Rd, Bellingham, WA 98226).
