She was predeceased by: her father Ernest J Higman Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Jacqueline P Higman (Hewett) of Lynden; her child Tori Graham; her husband Tom Graham of Ferndale; her son Tommy; and her siblings, Sherri Cope (Steve) of Bellingham and Ernie Higman Jr. (Jan) of Lynden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 2600 Old Fairhaven Pkwy, Bellingham, WA 98225.
