He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Howard, Terry Robinson, Maria Leyva and Alberto Torres. He is survived by: his parents, Terri Torres and Martin Torres; his sisters, Linda Dinora and Rosalinda; and his grandmother Shirley Howard.
Joseph's community spirit was evident through his years as a Boy Scout and through his connection to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
