He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Blair and Anna Blair; and his wife Bonnie. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Aviva), Kaitlyn (Richard) and Kellie (Brad); his grandchildren, Lyla, Elora, Addison and Lainey; and his siblings, Brad and Sheila.
