He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alex Marks and Kate Marks (German); his sister Rosemarie; his wife Patricia Ann Drake; his children, Kathleen Bishop (Pendleton) of Oak Harbor, WA and Matthew Marks of Boynton Beach, FL.; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Michael Pendleton, Matthew (Kerry) and Emma Marks.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Whidbey Health Hospice whose staff lovingly assisted us in caring for Alex during his final days.
