He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy O'Keefe and Ann O'Keefe; and his sister Nora. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Davenport of Casey's Crafts; his children, Leaf, Megan and Lucy; and his siblings, Tim, Kevin, Anne and Maureen. He is also survived by spouses and six grandchildren.
