He was predeceased by: his brother Timothy; and his sister-in-law Linda. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Lauren (Tyler), Kristen, JonKelly and Andrew; his grandchildren, Christian, Alex, Chloe and Donovan; and his brothers, Kelly, Carl (Jill) and James (Jordan).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. William of York Catholic Church in loving memory of Kevin S. Swartz.
