He is survived by: his parents, Deborah Dawson MacKenzie (Brian) and James Ricciardone; his stepfather Brian MacKenzie; his sister Mandie Salway; his niece Mekeala Brown; his nephew Sebastian Salway; his aunt Robin Evers; and his friends, Leela Marshall and Beth Hines. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
