Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Charles leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. G. Kuyk and Vivian D. Sand; his wife Joyce Kuyk; and his brothers, Dirk Adriaan Kuyk and David Donnan Kuyk.
He is survived by: his children, Charles F. G. Kuyk, III (Merri Ellen) of Wayne, Illinois, Kathy Oswald (Mike) of Gig Harbor, Washington and Kimberly Novotny (Paul) of Langley, Washington.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great‑grandchildren.
