He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Mulligan and Mary Mulligan. He is survived by: his brother Pete; his wife Tricia; his brother Bill; his sons, Michael, Eric (Virginia) and Tim (Kelly); his niece Meghan (Tige); his stepdaughters, Elisa and Erin (Jason); his grandchildren, Sophie, Nick, Addie, Chloe, Emma, Finn, Sam, Kaelyn, Kennedy and Lila; and his daughter Meghan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tom Taylor Family YMCA to support programs benefiting underserved youth and at-risk adults.
