With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John W. Nell of Gig Harbor, Washington, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on May 19, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As John departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved John. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his children, Anne Marie Nell and Gary Pettingill. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his children, Tony Pettingill, Dodie Kritner and Debra Hightower. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Aspen Chapel at Mountain View Memorial Park (4100 Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood, WA 98499).
