He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorin Laughlin and Vivian Laughlin; his siblings, Judy, Lorina, Terry and Larry; his son Michael Laughlin; his siblings-in-law, Fred and Lily Richmond; and his nephew Christopher Richmond.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Laughlin; his sons, Monty Laughlin (Lynn), James Laughlin (Danyell) and Robert Laughlin (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Andrew, Nicole, Brendan, Michael, Thomas and Jonathan Laughlin; and his niece Carey Hawkins Richmond.
