It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Sumerlin Sr. in Gleed, Washington, born in Walla Walla, Washington, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughters, Melinda Jean Sumerlin-Johnson and Linette Sumerlin; his parents, Charles "Wes" Sumerlin and Natalie Louise Sumerlin; and his siblings, Anita L. Sumerlin and John J. Sumerlin.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Sumerlin; his siblings, Carol J Patton and Tom Sumerlin; his sons, Raymond W Sumerlin Jr. (Maryann Sumerlin), Gilbert Sumerlin, Cynette Sumerlin and Johnathan C Sumerlin; his stepson Dennis Berry; and his grandchildren, Amber, Nathan, Anthony, Joshua Sumerlin, Michael Johnson, Jeremy, Justin Wilan and Cy J Barnes.
