She is survived by : her husband Dick Smith; her daughters, Janice (Pat Smalling), Crystal (Terry Scott) and Pam (Jim Beierle); her grandchildren, Jennifer Smalling, Casey Smalling, Jenna Ellefson, Robert, Christina Scott, Reginia Scott, Randi, Noah Gray, Amanda, Matt Willer, Jamie Beierle and Jess Beierle; and her sisters, Nancy Rhoades and Marge Nelson.
