He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Dee Nelson Chapin; his children, Eric Pierce (Tonya) and Summer Pierce; his grandchildren, Roberta and Jacob (Megan); his sister Pat Brueckner (Don); his niece Stephanie Englert (Darren); his great-nephew Matthew; his great-niece Madelyn; his nephew Chad Brueckner (Lina); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jazzmin, Carissa, Eva and Ethan; and his goddaughter Wendy Mayhew (Peterson).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Valley Burial & Cremation (217 Pioneer Wy E, Puyallup, WA 98372).
