He is survived by: his wife Maria Mariscal; his children, Vicente, Ashley Mariscal, Esmeralda and Gerardo Mariscal; his grandson Johnny Mata; and his children, Angelia Mata, Laura Mata, Eziquiel Mariscal, Mika Joy, Marissa Mariscal and Fermin Mariscal Jr..
