He was predeceased by: his parents, Monserrato Guerra and Paula Guerra (Alvarez); his grandchildren, Seattle and Water Parks; his sister Lyndia Espinoza; his grandchildren, Kamiakin, Treigh, Tori, Nathan, Ceneet, Halle, Andre, Koi, Arianna, Makayla, Elijah, Sierra, Aubree, Ernie III, Naomi (Vivi) and Heavenleigh; his son-in-law Frank Martin Jr.; and his great grandchild Kashton McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie Guerra (Faircloth) of Granger; his children, Christopher Fernandez (Jessica) of Granger, WA, Ernie Guerra Jr. of Granger, WA, Matthew Guerra (Amber) of Yakima, WA and Jennifer Martin of Bonney Lake; his brother Felix Guerra (Nora); and his great grandchildren, Brazen, Kylan, Bexley and Kalilah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
