He is survived by : his fiancée Christine Lavender; his son Anthony Madison; his daughter-in-law Ashley Underwood; his grandsons, Eli Madison, Xavier Madison and Wezley Madison; his daughter Christina Shapansky; his son-in-law Skyler Shapansky; his grandchildren, Carly Shapansky, Lilly Shapansky, Nellie Shapansky and Isiah Ray Shapansky; and his siblings, Robert Madison of Bonney Lake, Duane Madison of Soldotna, AK and Linda Olson of Hoquiam. He is also survived by his kids and grandkids are the love of his life.
