She was predeceased by: her sister Timi Allison Williams-Carr. She is survived by: her husband Frederick William Hines III; her sons, Frederick William Hines IV and Lawrence Tillman Hines; her parents, Karen Williams-Carr and Tillman Carr; and her brothers, Jeremiah and Micah Williams-Carr.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Flintoff's Funeral Home (540 E Sunset Way, Issaquah, WA 98027).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Families of Color Seattle (FOCS), a cause close to Casey's heart.
