He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Gary Forkner (LaVon), Marcia (Fultz), Vondruska (Brant), Robert Fultz (Melanie) and Debbra Howe; and his sister Carol Haling. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
