He is survived by: his girlfriend Amy Robbins; his stepdaughters, Dru Cherry and Madison Armstrong; his son-in-law Spenser Armstrong; his mother Beatriz Gutierrez-Rush; his brothers, K. Scott Rush and Jake Rush; his siblings-in-law, Melissa Rush and Courtney Rush; and his aunts and uncles, April (Hans Hamerschmith), Alicia G. Wilson, Ed (Margie Gutierrez), Maria (Jack Wright) and Miguel (Anna Gutierrez). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
