He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvah Ransier and Avis Ransier; his brothers, Roy, Michael and Charles; his brothers-in-law, Bob McCarty and Mac Wells; and also Shirley (Larry Brown).
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hetherington; his daughters, Sheri Spurlock and Dawn Rolph (Robert); his sisters, Patricia Wells and Rita McCarty; and his grandchildren, Billy, Kevin, Steven Spurlock, Emma and Bobby Rolph. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
