She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Howick and Merle Howick; her brothers, Gary and Boyd Howick; and her husband Bill Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Ken Haynes (Kristi) and Kelly Bowers (Terry); her grandchildren, Tyler Farrington, Brady Farrington, Katie Haynes and Kylee Durham (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Ryland, Wyatt and Myles Durham.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dian's name to Hospice at Tri-City Chaplaincy.
