He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Bjorkland and Eugene White Warner. He is survived by: his wife Edith; his children, Michelle De Hart, Marie Carlton, Gene and Mary Warner; his stepchildren, Paula May, JoAnne, John, Mark and Eva Patricia; and his caregiver Lana Jones.
