He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Mayvene "Peggy" Kelly and Guy Edward Kelly; his brother Roger; and his nephew Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Jeff and Mike (Sheena); his grandchildren, Aiden, Logan, Gavin, Shelden, Brady and Regan; his brother Doug; his sisters-in-law, Glenda Owens and Linda Payton (David); Harley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the City View Cemetery (1300 N Oregon Ave, Pasco, WA 99301).
