We announce the death of Jerry L. Chandler of Kennewick, Washington, who passed away on July 14, 2026, at the age of 82. Jerry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Mae Grunewald and Clyde Dee Chandler; his son Dwayne Chandler; and his siblings, Eugene Chandler, Doris Smith, Greta Chandler, Dale Bracken, Jack Fairchild and Wilda Jo Fairchild.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Elaine Young Chandler; his children, Anita Elaine Chandler, Lahonda Fay Chandler and Jerry Lamar Chandler; his grandchildren, Justin Hamill, Jacob Hamill, Anna Hamill, James Baker, Nicky Chandler, Haley Brashear, Leighton Wodehouse and Justus Stout; and his siblings, Clyde Warren Chandler, Shirley Carlton and Billy Chandler. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
