She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Mae Otto and James Ryan; her husband Marv; and her son Ken. She is survived by: her friend Lois Combs; her son Keith (Jessica) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Paul Osborne (Deva) of Kauai, Hawaii, Jackie Osborne of Denver, CO, Chris Osborne (Hannah) of Spokane, WA and Trisha Kvalheim (Steve) of Pasco, WA; her daughter-in-law Elaine Osborne of Kennewick, WA.; and her great grandchildren, Jolene, Evelyn and Dakotah. She is also survived by son and daughter-in-law.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan's memory to the Tri-Cities Cancer Center.
