He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Reiland and Francis Reiland; his wife Lucy Adell Reiland; and his siblings, Mary Alice, Walter, Bob and Ted.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin, Karen and Carol. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and many grandchildren, step grand children, nieces, nephews.
