He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Sullivan and Frances E. Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Kurt, James (Kristen) and Courtney; his stepchildren, Lee Colclasure (Erin), Alyssa Guidero (Lino) and Landon Casassa; and his grandchildren, Miles, Addysin, Nico, Dominic, Lennon, Isla and Indy.
