Randall leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Randall’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Meaders and Gloria Meaders. He is survived by: his wife Frankie; his daughters, Veronnica and Victoria; and his grandsons, Riley and Ryan. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Southside Church (517 Jadwin Ave, Richland, WA 99352).
