With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Douglas Tobin (Kennewick, Washington), who passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Richard Tobin (Dick); his son Ryan Lee Tobin (Bonnie Rosane); and his mother Barbara Esquivel (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his son Richard Scott Tobin; his stepchildren, Lindy Noethe (Harley), Christy Hubbell and Mike Rosane (Renee); his siblings, Jerry Tobin (Liz) and Carol Senn Hysell (Warren); and his niece Kim Drury (Eric). He is also survived by 11 grandkids and two great grandkids and numerous nieces and nephews.

In March 2020 came covid and lockdowns and travel plans went on hold.
