He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Martin Burkley and Rita C. Taylor Breaux; his grandmother Mary Ozenya Breaux of Seattle, WA; his daughter Yvette Boutros; and his siblings, Elias Burkley, Gerald Burkley, Mickey Burkley, Carolyn Burkley, Joan Lewis, Lillie West-Tilley and Billy West.
He is survived by: his wife Alice May Burkley; his former wife Karen Burkley; his daughters, Dorisse Burkley, Ramona Reardon (Michael), Antoinette Burkley-Palmer (Stuart) and Monique Gonzalez (Mario); and his sister Nola West. He is also survived by many stepchildren, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
