He was predeceased by: his wife Kaylene; his parents, Bill Judd and Thelma Judd; his brother John Judd; and his son-in-law Darrell Mead.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie Mead, Stephanie Lambertsen and Bill Judd III; his children-in-law, Michael Lambertsen and Stacy Judd; his grandchildren, Mikey Lambertsen, Stacy Lambertsen, Nickolas Lambertsen, Mitchell Lambertsen, Cody Lambertsen, Madison Judd, Cooper Judd and Jackson Judd; his great grandchildren, Savanah Apley, Shyanne Apley, Robbie Apley, Sophia Apley, Zakkary Lambertsen, Kyllie Lambertsen, Tucker Lambertsen, Logan Lambertsen and Jace Lambertsen; and his siblings, JoAn Berrett, Donna Oliver and Larry Judd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
