We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2024, at the age of 91, Chris Walter Opstad (Kent, Washington), born in Seattle, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Chris Walter is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chris Opstad and Helen Opstad; his sister Susie Opstad; his grandmother Mary; his children, Julie, Robyn, Pam, Eric and Teresa; and also Stacy. He was also cherished by his children he was blessed with 16 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
