She is survived by: her son Chad Cooper; her daughter-in-law Olivia Cooper; her sister-in-law Jan Cooper; her niece Cristie Cooper-Trenbeath; her nephew-in-law Brian Trenbeath; her nephew Craig Cooper; her niece-in-law Melissa Roberts; her grandchildren, Chase, Ciera, Callie and Cole Cooper; her great-nieces, Mia Trenbeath, Piper Trenbeath, Hazel Cooper and Edith Cooper; her cousin Jaydene Chandler; and her extended family John Chandler.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen breast cancer fund.
