He is survived by: his wife Janice Case (Mathews); his children, Matthew (Tatiana), Christopher (Carrie), Catherine Guza (Mike), Daniel (Lori), Timothy and Elizabeth; and his grandchildren, Meghan, Mariah, Adelynne, Michael, Eleanor, Austin, Pandora-Vanessa, Lilyanna, Elijah, Georgia, Morrigan, Sarah and Harper.
