It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dona Mae Ackerson of Kent, Washington, born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Pauline; her husband Maynard; and her siblings, Peter, Melvin and Maxine.

She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth Rush, Ramona Sitter and Marvin Reszler (Aberdeen); her daughters, Penny Ackerson of Kent and Nancy Konen of Kent; her son-in-law David Konen of Kent; and her grandchildren, Matthew and Stephanie Konen of Kent.
