He is survived by: his wife Natividad Ramos Payoyo; and his children, Elsa (Peeto), Emeterio (Hazel), Florendo Jr. (Geraldine), Maria Fe (Larry), Cesar (April), Jess (Cristina) and Leo (Amber). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
