He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charles, Kenneth and Lorna. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Karl, Marilyn and Susan; and his siblings, George, Lynn, Dale and Carolyn. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
Lloyd asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to efforts to cure Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease.
