She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Modestine Carpenter, Leon and Anna Morris; her father Randolph Carpenter Sr.; and her brother Raymond Carpenter.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Darnell Pellum, Kevin Dominic Carpenter and Desmond Ryan Carpenter (Tashay); her grandchildren, Maliyah, Emoni Pellum, Asyah, Desmond Jr., Kay'Veonna, La'Niyah, Anaisha and A'Shawn Carpenter; her siblings, Ulonda, Michelle Carpenter, Randolph Carpenter Jr. and Terrance Jones; and her mother Phyllis Williams-Johnson (Hallie Johnson). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
