He is survived by: his son Sam; his grandchild Jamie; his wife Linda; his son Kevin Lee; his daughters-in-law, Stephanie Jones-Lee and Kristi Lee; his grandchildren, Nadège and Rémi; his daughter Jamie; his son-in-law Jason Haws; his grandchildren, Alison, Daelyn, Joseph, Owen and Matthijs; his brother Jim; his sister-in-law Kathy Lee; his nephews, Aaron and Bryan; his brother Hal; and his sister-in-law Hella Lee. He is also survived by his family and friends.
