He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Joe and Kim; his parents, Betty McDonald and Larry McDonald; his sister Marcia Erwin (Greg); his niece Michelle Lilgreen (Mark); and his nephew Jeff Erwin (Alyssa). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
