He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Adamik and Justina Adamikova. He is survived by: his wife Marica; his children, Roman, Zuzi and Michael; his stepchildren, Vili, Rosie, Maureen and James; and his brothers, Milan and Peter. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (7045 120th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033).
