He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Lindquist and Andrew Lindquist; and his brother Jim Lindquist. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathy; and his daughters, Annette (Fred), Deborah, Karen (Pat), Teri (Ron) and Monica (Bob). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
