He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hirt and Mary Hirt; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Deborah Lajiness (Bruce), Katherine Hirt and Craig Hirt (Tracey); his grandchildren, Angeline, Isabelle Lajiness, Emmeline Hirt, Edwin and Grace St. John; and his sister Ruth Held (Peter). He is also survived by 3 nephews, 4 nieces, many cousins, and more friends.
