She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonas Gylys and Alexandra Gylys; and her husband Tony. She is survived by: her children, Kristina (Ryan) and Paul (Ulrike). She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces and many extended family.
