He is survived by: his parents, Richard Cammack and Barbara Cammack; his daughters, Hailyn Cammack and Avorly Cammack; his sisters, Cherie Kollar (Mitch) and Angie Krewald (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Jenna, Isabella, Aubrey, Tyler, Travis, Austin, Ruben and Ethan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
