He is survived by : his wife Katy; his siblings, Bill (Barb) and Pat; his children, Jack, Theresa (Don) and Karen; and his grandchildren, Amber, Holly (Duke), Amanda (Chris), Thomas (Sara) and Alexander. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
